Hello! I need help wtth LSPDFR  So I currently got  a gaming PC at the cost of 2700. I attempted to play LSPDFR which it worked fine for awhile. Then the server started lagging bad! And wouldnt even run.First question is is it possible to play LSPDFR without internet??? If everything is installed? Another problem is after I unistalled lspdfr I no longer can launce GTA5 off of steam, even after deleting everything I downloaded. Scripthook V ETC. I dont want to reinstall bc it legit takes me  1 day to install GTA 5. ANY help and tips would be appreciated I have been trying for 3 days straight to be able to comfortably play LSPDFR 

I can speak to the no internet side of things. You can play in single player mode, that’s how I play LSPDFR since our internet here is slow. As for offline completely? I have not gotten that to work, steam/gta complains each time about the internet not being on and then crashes.

 

A trick for the reinstalling portion. If your drive is big enough do a reinstall now and then zip the GTA V folder and copy it somewhere else. When you need a clean copy delete your GTA V folder and unzip the backup. Several hours  becomes a few minutes (learned this on my third reinstall).

LSPDFR has no Internet requirement and will work happily without a connection.

Certain callout plugins (although to my knowledge not ones available on LCPDFR.com) do not work without an Internet connection.

The Rockstar Launcher / Steam / Epic all get grouchy without an Internet connection, and you may be able to get them to function in an offline mode somewhat but they try their best to not allow it.
