The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Try reinstalling lspdfr/data/ai from the LSPDFR manual install.

I don't know much about these things, as you said, I ran file checker, it created 3 different log files, what should I do now?

If your Windows installation is salvageable, and you followed the instructions on that page completely, you should no longer have the issue. If you have the same issue still (mentioning System.IO.Compression), unfortunately there is an OS-level issue with your Windows installation which would be beyond the scope of this forum.
