First of all, I researched the problem, people who had similar problems solved it by updating the rage plugin hook, so I updated it to PluginTimeoutThreshold=60000, but the problem is not solved, please help

Try reinstalling lspdfr/data/ai from the LSPDFR manual install.

It looks like your .NET installation is messed up, but oddly you are on Windows 10, where System.IO.Compression should be available.

Give System File Checker a go.

I don't know much about these things, as you said, I ran file checker, it created 3 different log files, what should I do now?

If your Windows installation is salvageable, and you followed the instructions on that page completely, you should no longer have the issue. If you have the same issue still (mentioning System.IO.Compression), unfortunately there is an OS-level issue with your Windows installation which would be beyond the scope of this forum.
