I fownload everything and it installs but when i try to open rage it says my retail game is not supported. What did i do wrong?

Well after doing a clean reinstall it works but takes along time to load.

Ok now it says i dont have the privileges required or virus scanner blocking.  I checked and my virus scanner is allowing the use and im the admin of my computer. 

Ok redownloaded lcpdfr and it loads and starts with thd opening credit movie with the guy at the therapist. If i click a button it goes blicking with a loading circle and stays there. If i let the opening video play it goes to franklin and lamar in an apartment but the map has pd stations.

You have to complete the initial story first. If in doubt, use a 100% save.

Does that include watching the therapist opening or can i skip that to the first mission?

Complete the mission "Franklin and Lamar" so you can freeroam.

LSPDFR will not work while a mission is active. You can skip cutscene.

Clarification

Finally it works. I thought i was done with the first mission yesterday but there was more. Just need to remember the keys for different things to do. How do i enlarge the window as its in a small box and when i select force fullscreen things get cut off.

Just use Alt+Enter once you are in Story Mode.

Like Lithum said Alt+Enter to go Fullscreen.  See what happens.  In RPH, there is a Force Full Screen I think and I am wondering if that is what you are talking about when you said you selected that.  I had to have Force Windowed Mode or the RPH wouldn't load.  Once RPH kicks in and starts loading then I Alt+Enter to go full screen. 

 

Also, you said "when i select force fullscreen things get cut off".  Things get cut off?  I wonder if that is a screen resolution problem.  Make sure your GTAV settings game resolution is the same as you computer.
