The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

This is not possible due to the copyright restrictions on the files within the mods folder. Sharing copyrighted files breaches copyright laws and I would not recommend doing this.
