First things first if you want to get into modding GTAV. If you haven't already, download OpenIV. You're going to be using that for most of your modding needs.

If you're every stuck on where to put certain files, theres a few people out there that explain the whole process very well. Most file authors include an installation and requirement guide with their mods as well. If it's not in the description of their file, its usually in the download itself. I'd be happy to help you kickstart your modding experience though!

Your ‘police’ vehicle model is invalid, I would suggest reverting any changes in your mods folder.

You're missing the lspdfr.ini and outfits.xml file, from the LSPDFR manual install drag the lspdfr folder into your GTA main directory.

They have LSPDFR, if you look at the exception it says "LSPDFR has crashed". Disregard, I read your message wrong.

Not too sure which, I am just aware of this happening numerous times due to a user using this trainer.

ScriptHookV is still awaiting an update; this is a requirement for ELS, and as a result, the lights on your ELS cars will not work.

if u look on stop the ped ini u have to scroll down it has keep calm in it u jst have to set it to true 
 

A) It did not cause this crash. Nor have I seen it cause crashes. You basically pulled this solution out of a hat.
B) It was updates less than a year ago.
C) @DranokYou need to install RageNativeUI. That is why you are crashing. No other reason.

It's this, quite frankly - poor support - that results in Plugin Developers becoming disheartened as you throw these sorts of accusations.

Update RageNativeUI. 
Also, Assorted Callouts is outdated, so I'd advise its removal.

The fact that it was updated over a year ago, and as such is severely behind the current LSPDFR API version, increasing the likelihood of instability.

Looks like that was it,thank you! Havent had a crash since last night.

Your random crashes are originating from a feature called ambient spawn. To disable this feature go to: GTAV/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini. Find the line that says "AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits = false" and change 'false' to 'true'.

I would not say this is meaningless.
The spawning of random units can cause hard crashes, as displayed in the log.
Yes, it could be the case that it isn't causing this crash, but I myself have seen countless times where it is.
So I'd disagree that it is meaningless...
 

In your main directory there should be a file called RagePluginHook.log, attach that here please.

Your crash is originating from RageNativeUI, please reinstall this making sure you are on the latest version.

Please can you attach a file called RagePluginHook.log here please. You can find this in your GTAV main directory.

Okay usually restarting your PC should fix this issue, but if not make your GTA folder an exception to your antivirus.

Okay, try launching GTA without RPH and load into story mode. Once you load in as either T, M or F alt tab out and launch RagePluginHook from your GTA main directory.

Okay here are some steps for you to follow
Launch GTA without RPH, once loaded into story mode as either T, M or F alt tab out and launch RPH from your main directory. Set no plugins to load on start-up via the RPH settings. Find a file called commandline.txt and delete anything in it, then add -windowed. If none of the above steps fix your issue reinstall RPH.
