Hello,

I am looking for a tutorial on how to make your own police uniforms with 3d models attached to them. I have looked around but was unable to find anything helpful. Hopefully someone can link me a video or tell me a little bit about it. Thanks.

    I would look up tutorials on rigging ped models for GTA V
    Basically any model will work as long as it is scaled and rigged properly
