So im having issues with some cars in ELS, some pull over cars fine, others make them drive and speed away crash into walls ect, i cant see anything related to it in the VCF's. any ideas?

this car also doesnt make car yeild with ElsTrafCtrlOn = false

But as long as your post is still active here, I can offer my advise if it will be helpful. 

 

Do you have a plugin called "Clear the way V" installed? If so you can remove that and test it again. Also certain cars do crash into walls or drive off a clif when you activating your siren behind them, such as Police vehicles; one way to "fix" this is just use your lights to pass them, or look away if they crash into something.
