The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Rage keeps crashing on start-up with the warning bad antivirus or insufficient permissions. It does not give a crash report although it says it is creating one. I've tried some small thing like reinstalling it, changing the limit to 60000, and disabling direct x hook. Nothing seems to work. Just asking so I can finally play again.

 

UPDATE: I added it to anti virus exclusion and it did not work.

    Does your GTA V load ok when launched normally? Also do you have GeForce software installed? If you do then try disabling the in game overlay and see if that resolves the issue.

    Gta loads fine normally. I do have geforce software installed. Ill try what you suggested.

    In game overlay was already off. I updated the drivers, and I got a little further in the loading process but it still crashed.

    If you were to completely temporarily disable your antivirus then does it load?  I had a problem one time where my antivirus was disabled but it had a live scanning running in the background and that was causing it.   I had McAfee and that brand just caused all kinds of issues trying to run Rage.

    I tied that it didnt work as well
