I recently installed grammar police and prowler radar. 
 

since then when i go into Compulite, i am able to get Peds info but vehicle info eg insurance status etc i am says “unknown”. 
 

anyone else have this issue?

callouts belong to gtav/plugins/lspdfr you installed them wrong!

 

that applies to compulite prowlerradar speedradarlite stoptheped and supercallouts

lets pick an example on how to install a callout:

stoptheped is the example:

if you open the downloaded file you see the following:

Plugins (folder)

RageNativeUI

Readme.txt

 

The readme explains how to install and more:

INSTALLATION:
-------------
- Copy the contents of "Plugins\LSPDFR" in this package to: "GTA V directory\plugins\LSPDFR"
- If you haven't had "RageNativeUI.dll" in your "main GTA V folder", don't forget to copy the file from this package
- If you already have newer "RageNativeUI.dll", please keep using it. No need to overwrite the file
- Please open and edit "StopThePed.ini" file, if you want to replace the keyboard key or controller button bindings

 

if you open the Plugins folder, you get an underfolder which is called LSPDFR

inside, there are 3 folders called PoliceSmartRadio, StopthePed and vocaldisptach.

inside these folders, there are f.e. audio files and further settings to match the 2 callouts/ plugins.

 

Also, there is a stoptheped.dll which is the plugin, and a .ini, which you can adjust to yourself.

so what is the difference and location of plugins/lspdfr (highlighted in yellow) with GTA V directory...(highlighted in green.) im sorry im confused

It’s the same. 
if I say: plugins/lspdfr it’s the same as gtav/plugins/lspdfr

I am trying to redownload mods now and place them in correct folder

Create a LSPDFR folder under gtav/plugins/ so it is gtav/plugins/LSPDFR

 

in that folder, you put your callouts, f.e. stoptheped, ultimatebackup, simplecallouts etc

That is the problem.  You shouldn't have to worry about 'placing them in the correct folder'   when you download a plugin, you just drag the plugin folder to your "Main Game DIrectory"  it will merge accordingly.  You are making this harder than it needs to be.

TLDR:  Don't go into the plugin folder. The only folder you should be opening is just the main game directory. Literally drag the folder that you downloaded called plugins and just drag it to main game directory.  It will create folders for you if you don't already have them.

Not sure how calloutinterface would correct him on installing callouts though.
