Hey! 

I know there's a few people on here who have reported this and I honestly have looked at most if not all of the help threads they've made and I have no luck... I have 2 versions of GTA V, both Steam and Epic Games.

Originally I had the Steam one installed and the Epic Games one not installed. I had this error on my Steam and so I uninstalled my steam version and then tried the Epic Games version, and still I'm encountering the same issue.

 

I literally have 0 mods on here as I installed everything I wanted first on the Steam version but then when I installed the Epic Games version, I just started with the standalone LSPDFR, ScriptHookV & Simple Trainer and the problem continues to persist.

 

(EDIT): I have tried adding it in Inbound Rules in Windows Defender. I've tried turning it off and running it too. I don't have a any other Anti-Virus software

Wondering if anyone can assist and see if we can come up with a solution?

I cant give you the Rage Plugin Hook Log as I don't think it's had the chance to actually create the log, it's usually in a folder of its own right? (Correct me if I am wrong lol)

try this, to make sure rph has access to the game files:

open gta directory (G:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V or related)

right click -> properties

head over to safety (i dont know the exact name, look at my screenshot in german language)

make sure you choose user. not system or etc.

They are all like this already and still doesn't work.

I actually uninstalled the Epic Games version, re-installed the Steam version and its now working... not sure what caused it or what honestly fixed it but it's working so far.. trying not to jinx it ha! but wish me luck gonna start doing what I originally wanted with it... thanks for your help though!! 😄
