    try this, to make sure rph has access to the game files:
    open gta directory (G:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V or related)
    right click -> properties
    head over to safety (i dont know the exact name, look at my screenshot in german language)
    make sure you choose user. not system or etc.

    make sure all hooks are there, especially the red marked.

    The only thing that yet comes to my mind would be the standard - take out mods one by one and see if the problem goes away.

    I'd start with "Super callouts". Yes, I know it is supposed to be 0.43, but then again it says "N/A" in the listing... Ideally, callout version should also be consistent with the app version.

    LSPDFR as such does not require .NET - it's the RPH that does! 🙂 Having said that, you should look it up on their page.

    When I took my first steps with LSPDFR, I also had some trouble. RPH was unable to even launch the game. However, when I got my .NET right, it just all went away and I could play normally.

    So my "qualified guess" is that the same might work for you. Especially given the message in your log that relates to a .NET exception.
