Is it possible to do that and I can re install it after I am finished (Having a problem - GTA wont run, always crashes on startup) and if its possible where do I go to delete what ?

You do it as you would uninstall anything else.

Ok I was just worried about a activation and its one time use thing with other programs. Thanks!

Don't forget to manually delete the GTA IV folder (and EFLC folder if applicable).  I also scrub my registry entries so there are no conflicts when I re-install the game.

Just did a complete install of GTA IV and EFLC due to a porked mod install (should have backed up my GTAIV and EFLC folders).  Now I know better.

BTW:  I didn't have to pay for a new games.  Installed without issue or cost.

Good day,
