Do you have any custom Citation or Charges?

Supporting is somewhat like locating an issue, then trying to apply a protocol that would eventually guide the subject to fix their game, and sometimes, on rare occasions, trying to diagnose a weird issue with everything you know.

Well, this may beyond the ability of third-party supporting. I suggest you to find the author of such plugin for support.

They would usually have an issue tracker (for FLOSS plugins) or a discord (mostly if proprietary).

Supporting is somewhat like locating an issue, then trying to apply a protocol that would eventually guide the subject to fix their game, and sometimes, on rare occasions, trying to diagnose a weird issue with everything you know.
