Hey 🙂
The eye color of my character always changes back to 0...I am able to change the hair color, change every other detail you can imagine, but the eye color turns back to "Green" everytime I start the game...I hope someone can help me with this issue

Pls post a screenshot of the eye color.

Try changing the eye color and something else, f e. the hair and tshirt, save and restart, if the other things are changing.

Hey 🙂
Thank you for replying. I tried that already. I completely changed the hair color and the eye color at the same time. Unfortunately, only the new hair color looked different after restarting, but the eyes still had a value of 0 (Green).

Use a file system watcher. You'll need to watch the EUP character folder and only change the eye color, and when you save your character did it gets written? Alternatively, you can hash that file (using SHA-256), then edit your character and only change eye color, after that hash the file again. Are two hashes same?

Also check the character file.

Supporting is somewhat like locating an issue, then trying to apply a protocol that would eventually guide the subject to fix their game, and sometimes, on rare occasions, trying to diagnose a weird issue with everything you know.
