Rage Plugin will launch normally, but when it says, "Launching Game via Steam" it will NOT go any further. GTA5 will launch perfectly fine, but RPH will be stuck on this loading screen. Fresh install, even did the automatic install and it's still having this issue. Does anybody know what could cause this issue and how to fix it? It would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

Manually reinstall LSPDFR and RPH. Make sure the game or RPH is not sandboxed.

Supporting is somewhat like locating an issue, then trying to apply a protocol that would eventually guide the subject to fix their game, and sometimes, on rare occasions, trying to diagnose a weird issue with everything you know.

Make sure nothing is virtualized, nothing is isolated, and you don't have a Sandbox app, and if you have make sure it's not Forced in Sandbox.
