My LSPDFR keeps crashing.

Featured Replies

Right when I try to load LSPDFR, It says something like this: "LSPD First Response has crashed". Like I've tried so many solutions and they don't work, Please if you could possibly help I'd appreciate that a lot.

I'd be happy to help, in your main directory there will be a file called RagePluginHook.log, please can you attach this here.

Okay usually restarting your PC should fix this issue, but if not make your GTA folder an exception to your antivirus.

Like I said, I've tried most of the solutions, even the ones you said, I still don't know why it crashes. Do I need to install anything or maybe my PC can't handle it, I don't really know I'm new around here.

The error is straight forward.

Exception type: System.IO.IOException
[1/1/2022 11:50:15 AM.608] LSPD First Response:     Exception message: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

LSPDFR is trying to load one of its files, but is failing to because something else is using it. The only way this occurs is if you have some of LSPDFR's files open in an editor, or if your antivirus software is getting in the way. Restarting your machine will fix the former, but not the latter.

Ohhh, Okay, I'll see what I can do. Thanks!

Turns out, my antivirus was blocking it from loading. Thank you again for the help
