Howdy all. I'm probably as confused as the person reading this is.

When visiting https://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/ (worth noting, no other areas of the website) Zendesk Live Chat box repeatedly pops up.
Despite my futile attempts at contacting the "Caroline" on the other end, I'm not sure why it is there.

It may be (probably is) an issue with me, somehow; though, it does not appear anywhere else (including other sites) other than the aforementioned link.

It might be the case that it's an advert, if so then I do feel dumbstruck. 

 

Maybe someone can shed a ray of light, thanks.
