Ever since the new update, my game's been crashing whenever I die while playing LSPDFR. It also sometimes crashes in random times. I've already made the whole GTA V folder an exception, re-downloaded LSPDFR files, and done whatever else I've read from other discussions. This only happens when I play LSPDFR: this isn't the case when I play normal GTA V, which has never crashed on me. I didn't download any mods or additional files to the game. Does anyone know what's wrong or how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance!

This is the game log for when I played my game today. Like usual, it crashed when my player died.

You can try remove all files except for lspdfr temporary and check from what this is coming from. For example Trainers like ScripthookV, SimpleTrainer, mods folder etc.

I am having exactly the same issue, tried everything from reinstalling GTA and LSPDFR to going through all the mods etc. I initially put it down to mods and plugins but I am still having this issue without!

Was about to post a new topic as I am having this exact same issue. 

 

When RPH is loaded but LSPDFR is not loaded - I can die over and over without issue. 

When LSPDFR is loaded - game crashes to desktop with a 0xc0000005 (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION)

No errors in RPH log. 

 

I have tried clean install of GTA, fresh install of LSPDFR on the clean install with the RPH that is included. 
No other plugins or mods, no mods folder, Just RPH and LSPDFR. 

 

I can include full crash logs if that will help.

Full crash log - generated this morning following fresh install of GTA / RPH with LSPDFR. No other mods or plugins. 

 

This could also be linked to whatever is causing the crash at apartments I am seeing in another tread and able to recreate from a fresh install.

I see others reporting similar, and ongoing issues with apartments crashing so I guess it is a case of sitting tight for when the developers can look at the issues caused by the latest GTA updates.
