The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So when I try to install some plugins (for example Basic Parking Enforcement, a .rar file) on Chrome, my screen flashes (trying to download file) and it says something like "download failed - insufficient permissions". 

 

I just want to download new mods for LSPDFR, but I can't even download the file off of Chrome. 

 

Does anyone know how to fix this issue or get around it? I've tried everything that I can to try and get the file to download, but it just wont work.

    What is your Antivirus?
    Chrome itself usually doesn't flag files from LCPDFR.com

    Though you can go to chrome://downloads and let it download regardless.
