    solidkitten posted a topic in LSPDFR 0.4 for Legacy Edition Support
    So when I try to install some plugins (for example Basic Parking Enforcement, a .rar file) on Chrome, my screen flashes (trying to download file) and it says something like "download failed - insufficient permissions". I just want to download new mods for LSPDFR, but I can't even download the file off of Chrome. Does anyone know how to fix this issue or get around it? I've tried everything that I can to try and get the file to download, but it just wont work. Thanks!
