I am Searching for the mod SteveTheGamer55 is using when driving?

What is this Steering wheel and acceleration thing next to his minimap.
Possible to download or does he have it because he is playing with controller?

the good thing about smooth driving mod is that if u have a car that has a working gas guage (sadly a lot of cars here on this site dont have working gas guages , i donno why the modders skimp in that part of their car mods) it will move
