I've installed a few mods, mainly dlc packs, cars, and sounds. After I open GTA it instantly crashes.

I did and most plugins still aren't working.

I've had StopThePed and UltimateBackup for almost a year now but within the last two weeks they aren't working. ALPR Lite is working fine as well as the callout plugins but those two specfically aren't working. I have everything updated (at least I think) and I've tried solutions I've seen. Also, most of my callouts I've added aren't working when I use Callout Manager.

Whenever I go to open RPH, a popup says, "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. Does anyone know a fix?

After uninstalling GTA and LSPDFR completely, I still cannot launch it. It begins to show the red and blue police lights, then it just closes the application. Whenever I try to start the game again, it says another instance of GTAV is already active.

How do I download the file? I don't see a download button.

Every time I go to open GTA 5, it either won't open or it says, "Check for script hook v updates?" Does anyone know a fix? I even verified the files and it's still won't launch. Edit: I was going to add a video but the file size is too large.

So idk what happened/what changed, but my game is actually loading now. Thanks for the help!

It's still crashing. Fully deleted Immersive Dispatch and the PluginTmeoutThreshold was already at 60000
