LSPDFR Will Not Load

Cannot get LSPDFR to load. Fresh install of GTAV via Steam. GTAV starts and runs fine with LSPDFR not installed.

I then install LSPDFR, run RagePluginHook and after starting normally I eventually get to the Michael in the psychiatrist office then I click the mouse to skip that cut scene and the screen goes black and never loads.

You need to Progress further in the story(Ideally till you can free roam as franklin) you can do that manually by playing or just install a custom game save
