Topic. Key point (that there weren't enough allowed characters in the thread title for me to add there) is that I don't want to have to unload or uninstall LSPDFR or my other RPH plugins to do it, I'm looking for the ability to switch back and forth between (story) Michael/Trevor/Franklin and (LSPDFR)custom/preset character. Reason being that a)I still want to be able to have my crazy fun and not feel weird about being a cop stealing cars/murdering people (I know, I know, the whole 'acab' thing, but you get my meaning)/whatever else, and do story missions, but I don't want to have to finish the story/have my random crazy fun before starting a LSPDFR character.

You can just decide to not load GTA with Rage and therefore not load LSPDFR. Whenever you want to play LSPDFR just start gta and rage. The one thing doesn’t affect the other means you can play the story mode regardless of LSPDFR being installed.

You make a good point, as far as I recall all of my RPH plugins I have are either related to or just added because of LSPDFR, other than maybe Los Santos RED, so it's not that big a deal. Thanks. It does suck that there's no in-game switch, but at least there is a quick and easy way in some fashion.

You can also untick LSPDFR from loading on startup in the rage settings (Accessible via clicking on the ⚙️-icon when rage initialises loading). If you want to start playing LSPDFR in your game session just put LoadPlugin LSPDFirstResponse.dll in the Rage F4 console.
