Try temporarily removing Menyoo.

Don't know, this issue does not tend to happen for other people.

 

Your game is crashing whilst LSPDFR is trying to load multiplayer maps (IS_IPL_ACTIVE or REQUEST_IPL is causing the crash). Something is going on with your installation that results in this step crashing. It's likely you've installed something that changes/loads the multiplayer maps, or your GTA V installation is corrupt.

 

You can try setting

 

Main.DisableMultiplayerMap = True

 

in your LSPDFR.ini file. This will likely fix the crash, but not having the multiplayer maps will likely result in a sub-par experience.
