game freezes

hello guys i got gta iv with lcpdfr and when i play the game for like about 10 to 15 minutes suddenly my game starts to freez for like 5 seconds than i can play than like after 2 minutes it does the same and sometime little squares come up across the screen and than the game freezes and black screen comes up so than i have to get the task manager to close it can . it does it even when i don't have lcpdfr installed so i wonder if someone can help me or do they know were to post it or who to contact can u please help

That would be your computer.The computer may be over heated or the computer can't handle the game.Give me the specs.
