ELS broke my lcpdfr and trainer

hi there, i have a problem.. i just installed ELS a couple of moments ago. And now, when i start up my gta 4 (the game loads fine), but there are no cars on the streets, and when i try to spawn one via the trainer.. the trainer freezes. Now, when i enter a police station and get to the point of selecting my car, it wont move.. i can look around but no cars can be selected.. help please???

Uninstall ELS and try again. If the problem is fixed, then you have an ELS problem. If not, you have a GTAIV error. It is easier to start by eliminating possibilities. Pin-point the problem and then we can go from there :D

Go to your dirctory and search els then delete everything with the name or thats with it then reinstall if it does not work put els v5 in its stabler for some

Are you sure vehicles.img is in your main directory? pc>models>cdimages? If you want to use ELS with the trainer, you need to disable keys. Right page, options menu 1.

Honestly, I would just do clean re-install. It happened to me and it's way easier to just re-install everything.
