If I download the LSPDFR mod do I need anything else in order to start doing calls?

The only thing you need is RPH to run LSPDFR, but that is included. Everything else is optional, although it is highly recommended to install Plugins and Callout packs to add more depth since LSPDFR itself only have 3 callouts.

Here is a list of the most commonly used plugins and callouts. Anything in red I would avoid. There is still a chance it could work, but it may end up causing crashes for you.
