Probably an OpenIV error. When I rename the 'mods' folder to '_mods', this issue goes away, but of course, none of the vehicles load.

 

After installing a car pack, when I enter GTA with the folder named 'mods' properly, the game crashes and I get the crash message from RAGE Hook. It crashes before I'm able to enter, on the loading screen. Didn't have this issue before installing the pack. 

Possible issue: I had to edit the dlclist file and it will not re-encrypt.

Probably not it, but all I can think of.

TL;DR - Game crashes after car pack install. ELS also stops functioning when 'mods' folder is improperly named (when it's renamed '_mods', ELS stops working as well [the ctrl+p menu doesn't load], but game loads)

Resolved issue - don't need support

I am having very similar issues with the exact same vehicle pack myself.

What did you do to fix it? So far, all I was able to do was use "powerful gameconfig" and with this, I can spawn around 8 vehicles before texture loss happens and shortly after, the same crash. Buildings disappear when this is starting to happen for me.
