can someone make like flares in game that will act like barriers for example they will use it when theres a road block or can someone add more calls like a tree down electricity pole down floods fires colasped building acciedent etc

Flares were apart of a mod by Sniper called police tools or something like that but its still in the works.

No, he released it a few months ago but there was massive problems with it so the file was taken down and haven't seen anything since then. Can't rush these things, just have to wait patiently until its done. Its possible he decided to stop working on that mod too so we might never see it
