The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I installed the EUP outfits for EMS, Firemen, etc. as well as UltimateBackup +. When I call the EMS unit they are parachutes on their dowry, how do I get this off?

My mods installed in connection with EUP / Ultimate Backup:

 

- UltimateBackup
- UltimateBackup +
- Emergency Uniform Pack - Serve & Rescue 1.4
- Emergency Uniform Pack - Law & Order 8.2
- EUP menu 2.2.1.0
