Better PED driving?

Is there a mod that makes the Police and Peds better drivers? -_- I'm more worried about the other cops... I'm sick of being in police chases and getting my ass mowed down by another officer... It completely takes the "realistic feel" out of the game... It ruins it for me... is there anything that will make them at least a LITTLE less aggressive?

For better police A.I. we have to wait till LCPD:FR RC3 release. You can find some videos on YT and see how much better it is. For normal traffic I know only LessOvertake mod that prevents peds from crashing into you when you stop on red light.
