I have been installing some new cars and when I start the game it closes and creates a crash report.
I have installed them with the dlclist.xml folder and modification. I have also deleted the old vehicles. 
What should I do to get GTAV to start with RAGE?

Attach your RagePluginHook log -> a text document found in your main directory.

RagePluginHook.log

it is definetly from your mods folder.

When installing those addon vehicles, you need to install a gameconfig + heap adjuster.

Make sure you do that 🙂 

Yes, GTAV works now. The new problem is that being a sheriff add-on (11jonh11 LSSD Pack) that includes more slots than the original GTA does not show the "new" slots vehicles. How do I make those vehicles appear in GTAV?

 

You need a trainer to spawn addons in 🙂 

So will they randomly pop up on the map with their npc's or will it just be for me? Can you recommend one? Thanks

Simple Trainer is great.

NPC's won't spawn with them - you will need to add them to their respective XML's.

A new problem script hook v and simple trainer are both activated with F4 and therefore overlap each other, can the start keys be changed? (I have tried and failed). Finally, how should I do the xml thing? Thank you very much.

They can yes, in their respective ini's. For Simple Trainer it is in TrainerV.ini

Add them to agency.xml in lspdfr/data

Also, to have them respond as backup with Ultimate Backup, you'd need to edit those XML's as well.

It isn't really code - you just need to find the 2 vehicle tags and enter it.

If you look at the document it should make sense.

Let me get this straight, I place <Vehicle>sheriff2</Vehicle> underneath <Vehicle>sheriff</Vehicle> and so on with the other vehicles, right?
And with this, when I want to use them, they must be started LSPDFR, so they won't work in the normal offline mode, right?

Nope. Just the model name like "police3"

And two more questions (xd): how do you edit UltimateBackup? And in EUP, is it necessary to put something or not?

Exactly the same like before -> just in GTAV/plugins/LSPDFR/UltimateBackup/DefaultRegions.xml

Not that I'm aware - though I don't use EUP so can't guarentee.

Okay... One thing, the names of the vehicles have a change on the left, can I put the one I want as long as they add up to 100?
