    it is definetly from your mods folder. When installing those addon vehicles, you need to install a gameconfig + heap adjuster. Make sure you do that 🙂

What do you mean do not appear?

As in they don't respond?

Check the model name is correct and the chance isn't too small (so that you might not see them for a while)
