Verify that you have added RagePluginHookSDK.dll and LSPD First Response.dll as a reference to the class

Is your DLL/project targeting .NET 5.0? This might be the cause of your issues, but I am unsure.

Could not load file or assembly 'System.Runtime, Version=5.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a'

The project is targeting 5.0

Is that causing the problem?

Yes, you need to target .NET Framework instead.

How do I fix it?

Rightclick your project in Solution Explorer -> Properties -> Target framework -> Change to .NET Framework 4.x

Please do not PM me unless really necessary (knowing you helps). If you think you need my attention in a topic, tag me.

Do you have a link to download 4.8? I downloaded the developer version but it wont show up in Visual Studio.
