The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I've been searching for a while, but i can't seem to find a solution on how to change my characters voice. Any suggestions?

I want to use s_my_cop_01_black_full_01.awc

it would be great if its manually modifiable in the files.

    The only way I think you can is to use simple trainer.  Go to Model Spawning / Voice Menu.  Try to find it.  I think you have to save it in the trainer.ini or next time you start the game it will revert back to the last one.
