Hi LCPDFR !

I'm new here, afteryears of playing GTAIV on PS3, and watching again and again LCPDFR vids on youtube with envy, i finally bought a PC copy on steam, and here i am, a very satisfied new player ! :D

I Think i'm posting in the right section since my problem isn't directly related to LCPDFR..

Here is my problem :

I've replaced all the standards police vehicle in the game. I even putted a NY state trooper tahoe insted of the pstockade ! All works well ! The problem is when i try to install an unmarked SUV instead of the nstockade ! The handling is very bad and it keeps rolling over! The handling.cfg lines are both the same on the nstockade and pstockade ! I don't understand why it does that ! Can anyone help me ? (i also tried with a different tahoe, same problem)

Also another problem are with the doors, they still behave like on the stockade.. i tried to modifiy the vehicle.ide to solve that, but it did nothing ! What do i have to do ? Still this second question is way less important than the first ! So..if there is no solution, i'll live with that !

When replacing car mods in your directory, try to put the car mods over the original mods based on the acually vehicles size. Cars like crown victoria's etc work well over police, police 2 , and FBI, however in your situation, having a truck such as the Pstockade has truck handling in which an SUV would roll over with that kind of handling.More so your SUV should be placed over PolPatriot.

Thanks for your answer ! Yeah i know that, police and police 2 are CVPI and Impala, polpat is GMC Yukon, Noose is ST CVPI, fbi is unmarked charger, pstockade is ST Tahoe, and all worked well.. except for the nstockade.. But i managed to fix it !

I've waited days before posting and asking this forum... but in fact i should have waited a bit more.. since one day after i finally found the solution myself... tweaking the handling.cfg and the vehicle.ide.

So basicly i added the line pstockade to the handling and i redirected the vehicles.ide to that line. In the handling i tweaking the centre of gravity, and in the .ide i changed all the pstockade values (from xxxtruck to the end of the line) with the one of the polpat ! (from xxxvan to the end) !

Now everything works fine ! even the doors are working well ! (Before arrested people were trying to get in the car by the back.. like they would do with the pstockade.. but now they're getting in like if it was the polpat ! GREAT !

The only thing remaining now, are the sounds.. it still sounds like an pstockade.. but i can bare with that !
