I can play the game as long as I don't attempt to add an addon car with open iv.

 

Rage and script hook updated.

 

Clean install, mods folder, 

Lspdfr, emergency lighting system, and one replacement vic for police slot one successfully installed. 

 

No plugins yet, just not sure why I can't use any addon cars.

    This video helped with my problem.

    ( for now I'm all set).

    Not sure if it will work for other addons but following the same steps in the video solved my issue with adding vehicles.

    so sorry will but at the time i didn't know what the issue was. ( lspdfr vs gtaV)  plus first time requesting assistance on this site.
