All of a sudden I am unable to pull people over or respond to calls. Stop the ped is working fine so I can detain, arrest etc but it won't let me pull over people or respond to calls.

    Go into GTA V > lspdfr > data > custom > agency_eup.xml
    Find BCSO, change the TextureName and Dictionary to dia_bcso instead of bcso_rde.
