  1. Hey Flight ATC, It could take a couple days or could take a couple weeks (no-one really knows for sure) as the developers of the mods/plugins need to figure out what's changed and how they can hook back into the game's executable in order to allow mods to run. So that you can play GTA V in the mean time, ensure you start the game by not running rage hook plugin (it won't work regardless). If you own your copy in steam just launch GTA V from there. The updates will be provided as new releases of LSPDFR and RageHook Plugin, so get rage from https://ragepluginhook.net/ and get LSPDFR from https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/g17media/
  2. Hey OfficerBenzo, Thanks for taking the time to reply 🙂 I am playing on a clean install, the only mod I have is LSPDFR, so no vehicle mods, no scripts that would work with scripthookv, etc. When I was getting a car from the garage I was equipping it with all the vehicle improvement mods, like turbo, armor, brakes, etc. But when I was having issues I stopped doing that and started grabbing different cars and ensuring I wasn't putting mods on them and unfortunately it didn't make a difference. The liveries could be the issue, but I am not putting them on myself; is there some kind of control test I can do when I can have a cop car with no liveries and also prevent ambient cop cars spawning?

  5. Also, please remove the following mods: albo1125common trafficpolicer arrestmanager The above mods have all ceased development in 2019 by Albo1125, as a result they are not supported by LSPDFR v0.4.0 and higher, which will result in more frequent crashes and greater difficulty troubleshooting your LSPDFR issues. You've done the right thing by using stop the ped, ultimate backup, etc as they completely replace all the functionality provided by the above mods, so you should be good to go! 🙂 Best Regards
  6. Hey SRG Jacob, due to the forum rules users have been instructed not to assist anyone except for the original poster of a thread. It sounds like you have an issue that is unique compared to DevBobby's, so please raise a new thread detailing the callout box issue and I'm sure one of the moderators will be glad to assist. Warmest regards!
  7. Hey Mirest, What plugins/mods do you have installed? It also seems that when the game crashed (unhandled exception at the end of the log) it spawned an ambient cop, so if you don't have out of date or troublesome mods then it might be smart for us to turn off the ambient events/spawns in the lspdfr.ini file. We'll get to that after you let us know what mods you're using, I believe stop the ped is one of them. Regards
  8. Hey eazycash, I've only just joined as I've been having many issues myself, however after doing a lot of research about crashes, etc, it seems that the following two mods which are no longer updated by the developer (Albo1125) cause many issues when used on LSPDFR 0.4.8: - traffic police - police smart radio As these are no longer endorsed as compatible mods I would suggest you remove them from the game, additionally, stoptheped and ultimatebackup are said to widely replace the functionality of trafficpolicer and policesmartradio. I would also check to see if the mod plays well with no additional plugins. If it doesn't then you know it's not any of the plugins you're using (however still remove the two I mentioned above). Good luck.

  10. Hi everyone, I am having consistent, random crashes on a brand new install of LSPDFR 0.4.8. I have tried with mods, I have tried without mods it doesn't seem to make a difference. My log is attached. I have tried the following to resolve the issue, but they haven't changed the randomness of crashes and hasn't done anything to make the frequency more consistent: loading story mode without rage plugin (no crashes whatsoever) playing without mods trying the mods one at a time that I wish to play with reinstalling lspdfr and updating rage to the newest version turning off my antivirus (avast) and malwarebytes anti-malware Setting the plugin timeout to 60000 (currently set at that) Turning off ambient events/spawns, see attached lspdfr.txt (renamed from .ini to allow upload) Clearing commandline.txt I have had sporadic periods of maybe half an hour without issue, but then the game crashes, with some of the following triggering a crash but it is random and doesn't always happen: Getting into a police car Starting to cuff a pedestrian Starting my siren Spawning or being anywhere near the mission row police station Has anyone seen such issues before? I have used LSPDFR 0.3 and didn't experience any of this, same computer, same steam account. Thank you for all the work you have put into this exciting mod and for any advice you can give me. Cheers!
