You need to elaborate more... No one is going to be able to know what you mean. What cars? What do you want done? If your talking about making changes to released cars then forget about it. The only way to do that is to get the original creator to edit it since 99.2% of released work is locked and most creators don't take custom requests. (I'm not saying that no one will do it but you will probably have better chances finding $100 laying on the sidewalk tomorrow)

BUT

If your talking about new cars in general then its possible you might find someone to do it for you since it would be a new build.
