I was right down the street when the shooting happened, saw the 1st units arrive on the shooting, was stuck at a red like for 20 minutes well all the cops and what not went code 3

They just found a propane tank sized IED (Improvised Explosive Device), all units we're advised caution. (I'm assuming in the Mall).

According to police, the suspected shooter is a 6'2" black male weighing 200 pounds and last seen wearing a grey sweater, blue jeans and a white and black backpack, and was driving a black 2003 Mazda Protege.

So I'm unsure about accuracy, the above description might be newest update, but I'm unsure, although the Vehicle is correct. Also it was at a Salon apparently across the mall.

Now that's a scary thought....

This shit is becoming all too common in U.S.A in public areas, I bet being an officer down there, this is a nightmare of a situation to not know where the suspect is. Does anyone really think this is Terrorist Related?
