i downloaded the trainer but now when i turn on the police lights or press alt+m a bike spawns what can i do to fix it ?

Use the Numpad 8, 4, 6, and 2 keys to control it and the 5 to enter.

Its called the Taxi Bug, use

use traffic flow like he said or remove some of your modded police cars. The added police cars are what cause this problem.
