I have a low end pc and have my vehicle density set to 21 and I have traffic flow. But after playing for a few minutes like 15 min. the streets are like a ghost town theres only peds on sidewalks and service cars responing. Even if there is traffic form where I start game, when I go over to algonquin or bohan or somewhere else it's rarley that I see a civilian car.
