    Its in the Main Directory. Fixing the splashscreen issue is usually done by launching in windowed mode.

    That is cause we disabled the mods folder. The issue is something you added to the mods folder is causing the crash.

Gotcha. I created a new mods folder and its still crashing. I suppose I'll try one mod at a time.

Did you delete the old one after making a new one?

Yes, I think I've narrowed it down to one of the mods within the extra police slots. Now to figure out which one it is.
