When I've been loading in recently, been playing for a couple years and never have had this issue even withy my old outdated build I use to have as long as I had the settings right, now I have a better build and should and have been able to play on ultra settings but I set it all to high but for some reason recently some buildings and roads arent rendering in they just become empty parts of the map. Curious if anyone has had the same issue before and could help me I don't know if its a mod that could be causing this or what I've turned my graphic settings down and that hasn't helped.

Is it installed on a SSD or HDD? If HDD, atttempt to move it to SSD, it shoud help.  Have you installed HeapLimitAdjusterINI and Packfile Limit Adjuster?

Additionaly, if your Graphics Card doesnt have over 6GB of VRAM, you might need to upgrade it.

You should also check if Main.PreloadAllModels equals to false (in GTAVDirectory/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini)

I'll check it out I have a 2070 super so i have 8gbs of vram I'll try the other stuff thank you its just so weird how I haven't had this issue until recently 

If you have 8GB of VRAM that isnt the problem 🙂

Suggest searching for HeapAdjusterINI and in the .ini set it to 1500MB of heap

ok thank you! got it all installed hopefully it helps I do need a storage upgrade though for sure. Could you direct me to a texture mod for guns is lspdfr that look more realistic?

Sadly youd have to download them one-by-one... There a a ton of good ones in GTA 5 Mods

 

Also can i get your system specifications? Like CPU GPU RAM HDD/SSD etc... Im thinking about upgrading and want to know what i need
