So I'm doing british LSPDFR and I don't want the police (apart from swat) to have guns so it's realistic, anyone know of any good taser mods that don't effect callouts as I've had it before where the taser mod worked but for any callouts with an active shooter they had a taser instead of a gun

You can adjust your loadout to have a taser instead of a gun.  Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\data\inventory.xml or use a trainer.

I believe so.  Remove all <Weapon> tags and their contents.  Make a copy of the file before making changes if you're worried about breaking something.
