when ever i get a call or request ant type of back up the game beeps 5 times and crashes

Go to your GTAV folder and click properties. Try unticking the box that says "read-only"

Your issue isn't the easiest to solve. I've had a look around so try the following:

 

1. Restart of the PC.

2. A complete sfc /scannow

3. Antivirus exceptions

4. Reinstallation of the .NET packages for Windows.

5. Cleaning the GTA V folder to make it vanilla and starting over. 

 

Unfortunately, I cannot help you further than this.

So on my server I just dealt with this issue. The member had some Windows Updates

 

Check and make sure Windows has no pending updates

that still didn't work.

Have you tried all of these?

yes i have done all of that

 

I'm sadly cannot assist you further.

 

The last thing I'd suggest is a fresh install of GTAV
