The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Not really sure if there is something I'm doing wrong or if there is an extra mod to help this. One of the mods I use is BetterEMS, which works as intended but I run into issues that I think are simple. I'll be on a callout and end up using my weapon against a subject then call for EMS, when they arrive they head back to base as they don't see the still alive subject that has been shot as injured. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is there a mod that would help this?

    They're not there for that.
    They will give the player a health pack and revive downed peds.
