somehow, i dont remembe since when this starts to show up. Every time i press J, it shows rotation and location on my screen, i dont know which plug or anything trigger that but it drives me crazy

That has to be some plugin you have, it would be up to you to find which one though. Look through your plugins folder, your scripts folder and look in your scripthook V log to see what files it is loading. That should help you find which one it is.

i tried to look at it and i kept presssing J before i log out but i cant figuer out which one it is... is it could be a script file?

I don't see a mod that would be causing it in ScriptHook V, do you have ScriptHookV.NET? If you do send its log please

If you don't, disable ScriptHookV (move it outside the gta folder) and try again.

I'm thinking it may be one of these:
Street Racing Editor
Speed Radar
Ped Selector
I'm not really sure though, try without those and see if the problem is gone. If it stays, put them back in and then move ScriptHookV.dll out of your main directory and see if the issue continues
